one room flat or flatshare

I am a master student from China and will continue my study as a PhD candidate (with monthly salary which can pay the rent regularly) in DKFZ (German cancer research center) .
My spouse will live with me. If two people would increase the utilities fee, I could pay this additional fee. We both don’t have smoke habit. We are easy-going and will keep the apartment tidy.
I am 25 years old. My major is bioinformatics. In workdays, I would go to the lab. In my spare time, I loves watching movies, listening to music, writing and painting. My husband is 26 years old. He is a mechanical engineer. He loves football and basketball. He also loves movies, music and writing.
