Hello, i am Anushka, 26, working as a PhD student at the department of cardiology, UKHD. I am looking forward to rent a place for long term. I will shift to Heidelberg from Kiel in July 2021. Friendly, no smoking and no pets. I like cooking in my free time. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy most of the times. I am not a party person and thus the house will be quiet most of the times.
Please feel free to ask anything if you have to.
I will shift to Heidelberg from 1st of July and thus rent this place for long term. I have proof of income and thus timely payment of rent is not a problem. My budget it aroung 500 to 600 euros warm rent..
