Hallo,
ich bin 21 J alt und studiere seit Oktober in HD Medizin.
Die Wohnung sollte modern (oder renovierter Altbau) und mind. 25m² groß, mind. teilmöbliert sein (Kühlschrank, Herd, Sofa ...), ein seperates Bad (alleinige Benutzung!) und eine Küche haben.
Neuenheim und Umgebung werden bevorzugt.
Preislich: 250€-500€ warm (je nach Ausstattung und Größe)
