Hallo,
da ich zum Ende März aus Heidenheim wegziehe, suche ich einen Nachmieter für das 1-Zimmer-Apartment, Einzug wäre auch paar Tage früher möglich.
Die Wohung hat alles: Möbel, Dusche, Küche, Internet, Waschmaschine etc. Ihr braucht theoretisch nur euren Koffer. Mit allen Nebenkosten zahlt ihr auch nur 330 Euro pro Monat. Da ich einige Sachen vom Vormieter übernommen habe, hoffe ich, dass eine Abschlagszahlung von 50 Euro für euch in Ordnung ist.
Lage ist super zentral. 5 min Fußweg bis DHWB, HBF oder Arkaden. Bus ist direkt vor der Haustür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls 5-10 min zu Fuß.
