Ihr Lieben,
an den Bildern könnt ihr alles sehen. Suche ab sofort einen Nachmieter. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert und eine Küche ist auch vorhanden.
Vor eurer Haustür habt ihr eine Bushaltestelle und kommt alle 15 Minuten mit der 24/41/42 in die Innenstadt. Sind ca. 10 min Busfahrt.
Dazu habt ihr unten eine Waschmöglichkeit. Auch einen Trockner gibt es, ansonsten ist genug Platz unten, um euren Wäscheständer abzustellen. Ein kleiner Keller steht euch auch zur Verfügung.
Dazu habt ihr noch einen Parkplatz vor eurer Haustür.
Thema befristet: Die Verträge sind immer nur auf ein Jahr befristet, werden aber ganz normal wieder verlängert :)
