Looking for a Longterm Flat

My name is Daniel Montoya and I´m an International Negotiator who will soon be joining Hochshule Hof for a Master´s in Global Management. I will stay in Hof for 3 semesters in total and am therefore interested in staying for a long time.
Even though my German is not very good yet (I have like a A1 level), my English is very good as I have lived in Mississippi, and I am also fluent in French and Portuguese and Spanish, my native tongue.

I have traveled the world living in different environments such as Tunisia, Chile, the United States, the Dominican Republic and Colombia, thus I am looking to keep growing personally and professionally from every possible field and enriching myself from the German Culture.

I am a very easygoing person, organized and very responsible.

As I am looking for an apartment within the price range of 200-300 EUR for rent. I would like to know more information on your flat.
