Die Wohnung ist mit allem Ausgestaltet was man so braucht. :))
Küche mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Herd, Ofen, großer Tisch, Schränke mit viel Stauraum…….
Im Bad stehen eine Waschmaschine, sowie eine Bade-Wanne mit Duschvorhang.
Des Weiteren ist eine sehr schnelle DSL Leitung und ein Festnetz Telefon vorhanden.
Auch ein schöner geräumiger Balkon lädt zu Grillabenden ein. Für euer Fahrrad oder Winterreifen, ist ein Keller vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Stadt Zentrum und der FH entfernt.
Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten stehen auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wie z.Bsp. AldiLidl,Netto, Plus, NP und ein Kiosk……….
Wenn ihr keine Lust zum Kochen habt, gibt es vor der Haustür eine leckere Pizzeria sowie einige Dönerbuden.
