Im Keller finden sich außerdem Gemeinschaftswaschmaschinen, ein Trockenraum sowie ein Fahrradkeller.
Die Wohnung ist durch die großen Fenster sehr hell.
Ich möchte gerne einen Großteil des auf den Bildern zu sehenden Mobiliars in der Wohnung belassen und somit an den Nachmieter verkaufen.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten an der Uni, Aldi ist zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. In die Stadt sind es ca 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß.
Vor dem Haus gibt es ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze, alternativ kann ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz angemietet werden.
Von der Wohnung hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick ins Grüne und die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge Homburgs.
