The apartment is located on the second floor and consist of a big living-/bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, a balcony and a small hallway with extra storage space.
A full set of furniture is present in the bedroom, consisting of bed, desk, book shelf, wardrobe, night stand and a mirror.
The kitchen is also fully furnished, inlcuding a cutting space, a new stove with cooking plates, a fridge/freezer, a dining table with chairs, shelves and multiple cupboards.
A washing machine is located in the bathroom.
The basement offers additional storage space, which may also be used to park your bicycle.
High speed internet is available for Telekom customers.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die ungefähren Fußwege sind:
ca. 10-15 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum und dem Bahnhof.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. The university campus, city centre and train station are all located about 10 to 15 minutes away on foot from the apartment.
Das freiwerde Datum ist der späteste Zeitpunkt zu dem ich ausziehen werde, es ist aber gut möglich, dass die Wohnung bereits in der ersten Oktoberwoche frei wird. In jedem Fall würde ich die Miete für Oktober noch voll übernehmen.
Es sollten die Kücheneintichtung und Waschmaschine übernommen werden, der Rest der Einrichtung wäre optional. Alle aufgelisteten Einrichtungsgegenstände würde ich für 700€ auf Verhandlungsbasis anbieten, wenn eine Besichtigung zu Stande kommt.
Die finale Warm- und Kaltmiete wird von der IWG Ilmenau festgelegt, die Angaben beziehen sich auf meine aktuellen Konditionen.
Ein Parkplatz kann auf Wunsch gegen Aufpreis gemietet werden, es sind aber auch so viele kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Umgebung vorhanden.

The vacancy date is the latest date I will move out of the apartment, it is quite possible that the apartment will already be available in the first week of october. I would in any case still pay the rent for october.
The kitchen furnishing and appliances, as well as the washing machine should be taken over by the new tenant, while the rest of the furniture is optional. All listed furnishing and appliances would be priced at 700€, negotiable, once an apartment sighting is arranged.
The rent is determined by the IWG Ilmenau, the given values are only my current rent terms.
A parking lot may be rented at a cost, there are also plenty of free of charge lots in the area.
