ich suche einen Nachmieter/Nachmieterin für meine schön eingerichtete 1 Zimmer Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und hat einen großen Balkon. Möbel möchte ich gerne für einen fairen Preis abgeben (Bett, Regal, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Küche, Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, usw.).
Internet Vertrag bei der 1&1 sollte übernommen werden (Router und Telefon gebe ich dir dabei).
Die Wohnung kann nach vorheriger Absprache mit mir gerne besichtigt werden :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 2. Etage, in einem frisch renovierten Plattenbau am Fuß der Pörlitzer Höhe (du musst kaum den Berg hoch). Rewe und Aldi sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Campus ist mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar. Momentan wird noch ein Fahrstuhl ins Haus gebaut, welcher bald fertig sein müsste ;)
Wohnung kann nur an Studenten weitervermietet werden, weitere Details müssen mit dem Vermieter (WBG) abgeklärt werden.
