Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Campus der TU Ilmenau. Alle Gebäude sind in ganzer kurzer Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen Audimax 2 min., Mensa 5 min., Bib 1 min., Netto Einkaufen 1 min.. In die Innenstadt zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten.
