Da ich Anfang des neuen Jahres aus Ilmenau wegziehe, wird mein gemütliches 1-Zimmer-Appartment frei. Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert und verfügt über eine Einbauküche.
In der Küche sind ein Ceranfeld mit zwei Platten und einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.
Außerdem gibt es einen gemeinschaftlich genutzten Waschkeller mit eigener Waschmaschine (wird mit der Wohnung vermietet). Ein eigenes Kellerabteil ist nicht dabei, aber ich durfte einen Gang im Keller für mein Fahrrad nutzen.
Mit enthaltene Möbel sind:
- Schreibtisch mit Stuhl
- Wandgarderobe
- Duschvorhang
- Bett mit Matratze
- Kleiderschrank
Von mir können gerne die weißen Regalbretter (siehe Bild) übernommen werden (Preis VB).

I'll be moving away in the beginning of 2023, so my cozy studio apartment is for rent again.
The apartment is partially furnished and contains a built-in kitchen.
The kitchen has a ceramic cooktop and a fridge with freezing compartment.
There is a shared laundry room in the basement with a washing machine (included in the rent). There is no individual basement room, but I was allowed to put my bicycle in the basement hallway.
Included furniture:
- Desk and chair
- Coat rack
- Shower curtain
- Bed with mattress
- Wardrobe
The white shelves (see pictures) are mine, but I'd like to leave them in the in the apartment (price ONO).
Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr ruhigen Nebenstraße gelegen, etwas oberhalb der Ilmenauer Innenstadt. Zu Fuß sind es nur wenige Minuten zu den nähsten Lebensmittelläden (5 min), zum Bahnhof (12 min) und zum Stadtcampus (8 min).

The apartment is located in a very quite street, just above the city center of Ilmenau. It is just a few minutes on foot to the nearest supermarkets (5 min), to the train station (12 min) and to the city campus (8 min).
Ich werde Anfang Januar ausziehen, d.h. theoretisch ist (in Absprache mit dem Vermieter) schon der Einzug in den letzten Januarwochen möglich.
Hinweis zu den Bildern: z.T. ist meine aktuelle Einrichtung zu sehen (blaues Bett, Holz/weißer Schrank), nicht die in der Wohnung vorhandene!

Not about the images: some of them include my own furniture (blue bed, wooden/white Wardrobe), not the furniture included in the appartment!
