Ich suche ein ruhiges Ein-Zimmer-Apartment bis zu 600€ warm, idealerweise mit einer Wohnfläche um die 25 m². Als zuverlässiger Mieter mit Einkommennachweis und positiver SCHUFA (request now) bringe ich eine gesicherte Zahlungsfähigkeit mit. Ich bin Nichtraucher und habe keine Haustiere, was die Pflege und den Erhalt Ihrer Immobilie gewährleistet.
