My 1-room apartment will be available from September onwards, for 640€ rent with a 1800€ deposit.
It's on a 7th floor, 39,5 m2, with windows and a balcony all facing South, so you have a great view of the mountains and this part of the city, plus it is really quiet, so no traffic noises.
The building has an elevator, a bike storage, a private cellar and private parking, all of which as a tentant you can use.
There is a washing room in the basement with a washing machine that works with 10 cent coins, but you can easily go to the Sparkasse and exchange 2-3 euros for several coins, which is what I do.
The furniture can be taken over for a negociable price. Also, it doesn't show up in the photos, but there is an additional single bed that I stored in the cellar.
It's 5 minutes walk away from the Technik campus, there is an Mpreis, a Ruetz, a Sparkasse and a Spar all nearby.
Several lines like the buses T, K, R, the trams 2 and 5 are also close.
On the streets behind the building there are hiking trails that go up to the Rauchbrunnen.
A bit to the west there is a lovely little park where you can go for a run, excercise or just relax. If you are lucky you might even be able to the see the beavers that live in the stream.
