ich(Studentin,25) suche eine Garconniere mit Balkon, Kellerabteil und Waschgelegenheit. Wenn möglich, Küche separat vom Wohnraum. Die Miete sollte 400 € inklusive BK, HK und Strom nicht übersteigen. Außerdem sollte sie nicht zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt sein.
