PhD (university employee) looking for a garconniere.
The appartment should be ideally located within Technik, Innsbruck west or Alstadt, other location will be considered only if well connected with the Technische Universität.
The garconniere, should be partially furnished, with at least cookers and bathroom sanitary. Any other furniture is a welcome plus.
ABOUT ME
I am 28 years old and I am starting my graduate studies in Innsbruck Technische Universität, therefore looking for a place to live in for a period up to roughly 4 years, but I am open to start with a contract of one year.
I do not smoke and I do not have pets.
I currently do not speak german but I have all intentions to learn, in the mean time I am fluent in english and mothertongue italian.
