ich bin aktuell Mieter einer Wohnung in Ismaning in der Hauptstraße 42
1 Zimmer
40qm
ca. 600€ warm
Die Wohnung ist praktisch geschnitten und auf modernem Stand (letzte Renovierung in 2015), zum S-Bahnhof Ismaning sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Ich suche hier einen Nachmieter, der gegen eine Abstandszahlung von 1500€ die Einrichtung und Möbel übernimmt (alles erst knapp 2 Jahre alt):
- Einbauküche
- Bett + Matratze
- Kleiderschrank (dieser ist bereits knappe 6 Jahre alt)
- Sofa (ausklappbar für Gäste)
- Nachtschrank
- Zwei IKEA Expedit (versch. Größen)
- Geschirr und Besteck
- Badschrank
Zeitlich wäre ich für eine Übernahme relativ flexibel (ab 1.10. oder auch erst ab 1.1.2018), müsste natürlich das Einverständnis des Vermieters einholen.
Die Wohnung ist auch für Studenten in Garching gut geeignet.
