ENG: Hi! I am subletting my student housing appartement for the semester while I am abroad. It is only available for students and for 6 months (I am very flexible with months though, starting August/September/October and ending January/February/March).
You will have the whole appartement for yourself. It is fully equipped with everything: I will leave you all the furniture you can find on the pictures, some electronic devices (kettle, vacuum cleaner), kitchenware etc., so you don't need to buy anything. The washing machines are in the basement. Oh and the sunsets views are amazing here!
DE: Moin! Ich vermiete meine Studentenwohnung für das Semester während meines Auslandsaufenthalts unter. Es ist nur für Studenten und für 6 Monate verfügbar (ich bin allerdings sehr flexibel, was die Monate angeht, du kannst in August/September/Oktober beginnen und im Januar/Februar/März enden).
Du hast die ganze Wohnung für dich allein. Es ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet: ich lasse hier alle Möbel, die du auf den Bildern findest, einige elektronische Geräte (Wasserkocher, Staubsauger), Küchenutensilien usw., sodass du nichts kaufen muss. Die Waschmaschinen stehen im Keller. Oh, und die Aussicht auf die Sonnenuntergänge ist hier fantastisch!
ENG: The apartment is located in Lobeda-Ost, 20 minutes with the tram from Jena city centre/University. It is a really nice area with a park right by the building and a beautiful hill where you can hike.
DE: Die Wohnung liegt in Lobeda-Ost, 20 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn von der Jenaer Innenstadt/Universität entfernt. Es ist eine schöne Gegend mit einem Park direkt am Gebäude und einem wunderschönen Berg, auf dem man wandern kann.
ENG: Please text me here in the app. Viewings are possible till 20 of July. But I also have a detailed video I can send you. The cost is 350€ including everything. The deposit is 700€.
P.S. I have two conditions for my future tenant. Please only write me if you are clean person and you do not smoke. I am a clean freak :)
