da ich nicht mehr alleine wohnen möchte wird ein wirklich sehr schönes Einraumappartment in der Schlegelstraße in Lobeda-Ost frei. Es gibt einen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne, Strom-, Wasser- und Internetflatrate, Waschmaschinen im Haus, eine gute Straßenbahnanbindung und die Kernberge vor der Tür. Ihr habt ein eigenes saniertes Bad, eine eigene Küche und eine vom Wohnraum abgetrennte Schlafnische. Die Wohnung wäre ab dem 01.03. frei, wichtig ist nur, dass der mögliche Nachmieter bereits einen Antrag auf einen Wohnheimplatz gestellt hat.
