Es handelt sich um ein gut möbliertes und saniertes, 33qm großes Appartement mit sep. Bad (Dusche) sowie einem kleinen Flur, einer fast autarken Küche sowie einer/m nahezu abgeschotteten Schlafnische/-zimmer. Zum Uniklinikum ist es ein Katzensprung. Straßenbahnen verkehren im Minutentakt! Die Wohnundg steht zur Zwischenmiete frei (es handelt sich um ein Studentenwohnheim), da ich ab dem 1.März 2011 woanders ein Praktikum absolviere. Daher ist die Wohnung wunderbar geeigent für Menschen, die auf die Kürze keine Unterkunft in Jena finden!
