Sie besitzt eine Einbaukueche mit großem Kochfeld. Der große Vorteil dieser Wohnung ist, dass es sich bei der Miete um eine Pauschalmiete handelt. Ungeachtet vom Verbrauch betraegt die Miete 447 Euro und umschliesst alle Nebenkosten, Strom und Heizkosten.
Es besteht die Moeglichkeit im Keller Waesche zu waschen und Fahrraeder abzustellen.
