Ich ziehe demnächst aus beruflichen Gründen von Jena weg und suche daher zum 01.08. eine(n) nette(n) Nachmieter(in) für mein möbliertes 1-Zimmer-Appartment mit Kochnische und Bad in Jena-Löbstedt (StraBa-Haltestelle Kieshügel).
Das Apartment ist zwar relativ klein (Wohnfläche beträgt ca 24 m²), hat aber einen tollen, grossen Balkon (Südseite), was das Zimmer schön hell und lichtdurchflutet macht, und ihr habt einen wunderschönen Blick über Jena.
Es gibt auf jeder Etage einen Waschraum, wo jeder Etagenbewohner einen Platz für seine Waschmaschine hat. Ich würde meine Waschmaschine dem Nachmieter lassen.
