Ich suche zum 01.10.22 einen Nachmieter für meine schöne 1-Raum-Wohnung mit einer Einbauküche.
Zu der Miete:
Die liegt bei 402,07€. Darin sind Heiz- und Wasserkosten enthalten. Strom und Wlan müsstest du dir noch holen. Grob würde man auf eine Miete von 450€ kommen. Ebenfalls müsstest du am Anfang einen Genossenschaftsbeitrag von 462€ bezahlen.
Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage (Haltestelle Kieshügel erreicht man in 3 min. Mit der Bahn braucht man nur 10min bis in die Stadt. Direkt unter der Wohnung gibt es einen Kik und gegenüber einen Rewe, eine Apotheke und die Sparkasse.
Alle Möbel würde ich für einen Abschlag verkaufen. Dazu gehören die zwei Esstische mit den Essstühlen, das kleine Schuhregal, der Schrank, das Kallaxregal, das Bett und den Schreibtisch. Der Preis würde sich auf 200€ belaufen.
