Wohnung in toller Lage / Apartment in great location

Hallo zusammen,

ich bin Doktorand an der Universität Jena und möchte meine Maisonette-wohnung wegen eines Auslandsaufenthaltes vom 1. Oktober bis zum 1. Dezember 2013 (oder kürzer)zwischenvermieten. Die Warmmiete beträgt 300.- Euro pro Monat.

Die Wohnung ist ungefähr 40qm groß, vollmöbliert und befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines renovierten Altbaus. Sie hat die folgende Ausstattung:

- Küche mit Tisch und Stühlen
-Separates Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine
-Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und Schreibtisch
-Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss

Die Wohnung liegt in Jena Ost (nähe Schillerhof und die Saale) in einer ruhigen Lage. Straßenbahn und Bus sind ca. 3 Minuten zu Laufen.

Nichtraucher bevorzugt. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.

Hello all,

I am a PhD student going away to carry out a fieldwork between the 1st of October and the 1st of December 2013. Therefore, the advertised two-level flat will be available to sublet for the corresponding 2 months (or less). The all-inclusive rent is 300 EU per month.

This fully-furnished apartment is about 40 sq m large and it is located in the attic of a renovated old building, with the following facilities:

-Separate kitchen with dining table & chairs;
-Separate toilet with shower and washing machine;
-Spacious living room with sofa-bed and work desk; and
-Small bedroom on top of the attic.

The premise is located in the residential area of Jena-Ost (near Café Schillerhof) with a beautiful view and quit atmosphere. The Saale River is just about 2 minutes by foot. It is also very well connected to the city centre (15 minutes walking distance or 3 minutes’ walk to the buses stop no. 2, 3, and 14)

I would be particularly keen to subletting this flat to non-smoker graduate students or workers without pets (as it is required in my tenancy agreement).
