Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
da mein Studium sich dem Ende neigt, suche ich zum 01. Juli 2017 einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohn- und Schlafraum, in dem man perfekt die Morgensonne genießen kann, sowie einem Badezimmer mit Tageslicht. Außerdem ist eine kleine Einbauküche mit zwei Herdplatten, einer Spüle, einem Kühlschrank und einigen Küchenschränken vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche sowie einem Handtuchtrockner ausgestattet. Falls Du möchtest, kannst du gerne einen Teil meiner Möbel übernehmen (Schrank, Schreibtisch, Rollcontainer, Nachttisch, Kommode, Regal, Badschrank, Esstisch mit zwei Stühlen, Balkontisch mit zwei Stühlen). Dies ist aber kein Muss - Du kannst auch nur einen Teil der Möbel oder gar keine Möbel nehmen.
Im Hof kannst du als Bewohner kostenlos parken oder/und dein Fahrrad im zugehörigen Fahrradkeller abstellen, der zusätzlich ein Kellerabteil pro Wohnung enthält. Außerdem gehört zu der Wohnung noch ein Balkon, der ab ca. 14 Uhr bis Sonnenuntergang wunderbar sonnig ist und zum draußen sitzen einläd.

I am looking for a tenant from july 1st for my cosy appartment in Jena-Ost.
The apartment consists of a mixed living and sleeping room as well as of a bathroom (with window). In the living room, there is a small kitchen with cooker and sink. The bathroom has a shower.
If you own a car, you are allowed to park in the courtyard for free. Besides, we have a cellar for bicycles and you have a separate cellar compartment for personal stuff. In addition, the apartment has a lovely balcony, where you can enjoy the sun in the afternoon and evening (from about 2 pm).
Die Wohnung liegt in Jena-Ost in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Trotzdem ist man zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten bzw. mit dem Fahrrad in etwa 8 Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Falls du nicht laufen oder Fahrrad fahren möchtest, liegt die Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle Geschwister-Scholl-Straße direkt um die Ecke und ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Nähe sind auch eine Bäckerei, Netto sowie Edeka.

The apartment is located in Jena-Ost, in a quiet side road. Yet, you can walk or cycle to the city centre in 15 or about 8 minutes, respectively. Besides, the tram station "Geschwister-Scholl-Straße" is located nearby (about 3 minutes if you walk). A bakery as well as the supermarktes Netto and Edeka are located around the flat.
