Hallo liebe Leute,
weil ich im nächsten Semester nach Spanien gehe und dort den Winter über verweile, will ich mein Zimmer zwischenvermieten. Es ist komplett möbliert: d.h. Bett, Küche, Tisch, Stühle, Schrank, Regale sind alles komplett vorhanden und ein 1A-Fernseher :) (die sind alle quasi schwarz)
Das Bad verfügt über eine Dusche und Waschmaschine, die ich dir für das Semester überlassen würde :)
Aber macht euch am besten selsbt ein Bild. :):)
Beste Lage überhaupt!! :) Nämlich genau am Campus! Man fällt aus der Tür und quasi in die Uni gleich rein, Goethe-Galerie mit Tegut und so; Neue Mitte mit dem Aldi ist auch nur ein Katzensprung entfernt und natürlich auch die Wagnergasse und so. Alles ist also vor der Tür :)
Die Kosten betragen 282€ alles inklusive, allerdings fehlt Internet, was ich mir selber mit nem Stick ermöglicht habe. Bei weiteren Fragen einfach schreiben und dann mal angucken bei Interesse! :)
