Mein Mitbewohni beginnnt zum 1.9. eine Stelle im Ruhrpott. Das ist einerseits toll und andererseits führt es dazu, dass wir ziemlich schnell hier eine Nachmiet-Person brauchen. Vielleicht auch erst zum 1.10., da er ja auch erstmal ein neues Zimmer finden muss. So oder so ist der Deal etwas besonders, da ich als zweite Bewohnerin in der Regel nur 2 Nächte pro Woche da bin und ab April 2020 auch ganz weg erstmal.
überm Cafe Immergrün, also super Lage
Sep./Oktober bis April kostet sie dich ca 437 warm und ich wohne 3 Tage (2 Nächte) unter der Woche auch dort, meist Montag-Mittwoch. Ich bin aber den ganzen Tag auf Arbeit und dann oft noch beim Sport, also insgesamt bin ich auch gar nicht viel in der Wohnung. Wenn sitze ich an meinem Schreibtisch an meiner Diss. Einzig wichtig also vielleicht, dass es nicht unbedingt eine Party-WG ist an den Tagen, an denen ich da bin.
Ab April 2020 bin auch ich dann weg und du kannst mit der Wohnung machen, was du willst. Sie kostet dich dann allerdings ca 637 warm, oder du suchst dir halt wieder eine_n Mitbewohni. Vielleicht bin ich ab 2021 wieder halbzeit arbeitstechnisch in Jena unterwegs und hätte wieder Interesse am 3-Tage-Deal, das ist aber keine Bedingung und eh noch lange nicht fix, aber eine Info für den Hinterkopf.
