Da ich berufsbedingt aus Jena wegziehen muss, suche ich einen Nachmieter für meine charmante Wohnung in der Nähe des Westbahnhofs.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und umfasst 1.5 Zimmer inklusive Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer mit Dusche und einer separaten voll ausgestatteten Küche. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen und Tageslichtdurchflutet.
Zur Wohnung gehören ansonsten ein verschließbares Kellerabteil mit Anschlüssen für eine private Waschmaschine, ein Fahrradparkplatz am Haus sowie ein Gemeinschaftsgarten für ein entspannendes Feierabend Barbecue ;-)
The apartment is located in Jena-West. Westbahnhof is a 5 minute walk away as are 2 bus stops.
You can walk to the city in 10-15 minutes or by bike that you can store in the bike parking area. 20 minutes by foot to the Beutenberg Campus as well.
Grocery shopping is just around the corner at Edeka, Spar or Netto.
Herausragend sind die zentrale Lage in Jena-West mit 5 Gehminuten zum Westbahnhof und 2 Bushaltestellen um die Ecke. Das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar und der Beutenberg Campus in 20 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Spar, Netto) befinden sich ebenfalls um die Ecke.
