Die Wohnung liegt mit Dachgeschoss und ist dadurch sehr hell. Küche und Bad sind vom Schlafbereich abgetrennt. Dachschrägen machen die Wohnung sehr gemütlich, ich würde meine komplette Einrichtung in der Wohnung belassen. WLAN ist vorhanden (teile ich mir mit der WG, die unter mir wohnt). Mein Drucker, Waschmaschine und Kücheneinrichtung dürfen gerne genutzt werden, ich würde auch mein Bett mit Bettwäsche in der Wohnung belassen.

The flat is located with attic and is therefore very bright. The kitchen and bathroom are separated from the sleeping area. Sloping ceilings make the flat very cosy, I would leave all my furniture in the flat. Wi-Fi is available (I share it with the flat-sharer who lives below me). You are welcome to use my printer, washing machine and kitchen equipment. I would also leave my bed with bed linen in the flat.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Leutra, somit sehr ruhig und nah am Grünen. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb von 5min erreichbar, ebenso ein Waschsalon, Apotheken und Arztpraxen. Der ÖPNV ist auch in 5min erreichbar, 5min zum Uni-Campus mit Bibliothek.

The flat is located directly at the Leutra, thus very quiet and close to the green. Several shopping facilities can be reached within 5 minutes, as well as a launderette, pharmacies and doctors' surgeries. The public transport is also within 5min, 5min to the university campus with library.
