Also Balkon, Bad, Küche und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Dabei gibt es viel Licht und einen wunderbaren Rundum-Blick auf das urbane Jena sowie die Kernberge.
Der Zeitraum ist eventuell flexibel, sie ist ab Anfang Mai frei und bis Ende August zu vergeben.

It is a flat of 24qm, which is equipped with everything that is needed for a cosy living.
Balcony, bathroom, kitchen and a warm living room. There is plenty of light and a wonderful all-round view of urban Jena and the Kernberg mountains.

Zu der nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es ein paar Schritte (1min).
In die Innenstadt ist man in 10 min zu Fuß.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt nebenan.
Die Wohnung verfügt über keine Waschmaschine, es gibt aber zwei Waschsalons direkt nebenan, in der Lutherstraße.
The flat is located in Jena West, near Jahnplatz.
The nearest bus stop is just a few steps away (1 min).
The city centre is a 10-minute walk away.
Shopping facilities are right next door.
The flat does not have a washing machine, but there are two launderettes right next door in Lutherstraße.
