Die Wohnung hat eine kleine Einbauküche inklusiv Kühlschrank und 2 Herdplatten.
Die EBK ist im Mietpreis inbegriffen.
Sie ist toll geschnitten, sodass das Bad mit Dusche kaum Wohnfläche wegnimmt.
Im Keller gibt es einige Waschmaschinen deren Benutzung 1,50 kostet.
Ein großer 3-türiger Kleiderschrank sowie ein großes Bett müssen übernommen werden.
Ich könnte auch Tisch und Stühle da lassen. Dadurch wäre das Zimmer möbliert.

Direkt vor der Tür fähren Straßenbahn und Bus. (Spittelplatz)
Man ist schnell beim Biomarkt und Bäcker sowie Fleischer sind direkt um die Ecke.
Ein Lidl ist in 5min Fußweg erreichbar.
In 15min Fußweg ist man direkt am Ernst-Abbe Platz und in weniger als 8 min am UHG.
In 7 min an der Thulb und in 4 min am Saalbahnhof.
Ein Eiscafe ist auch gleich eine Tür weiter :-)
Die Lage ist der Hammer.
Der neue Mieter braucht eine Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung vom Vormieter, Nachweis der letzten 3 Monatsmieten oder Eltern die eine Bürgschaft übernehmen.
Das Wohnhaus liegt gegenüber einem Firmengebäude und das Zimme liegt günstig zum Innenhof.
Durch diese Ausrichtung, ist es im Sommer auch nicht zu heiß.
Ich habe hier 4 Jahre gewohnt und ziehe nur aus, weil die Wohnung für zwei Personen zu klein ist.
