Ich suche ab sofort für meine kleine Wohnung eine Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung liegt in der ersten Etage und hat Dachschrägen.
Der Boden ist ausgelegt mit Laminat und das Bad ist Gefliest.
Sie verfügt über eine Kochnische mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Spüle und genügend Stauraum.
Im Bad befindet sich eine Dusche und ist mit einem Dachfesnster bestückt.
Einige Möbel können gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt im kleinen Dorf Rothenstein, nicht weit von Jena entfernt.
Mit Auto oder Bahn braucht man jeweils zur Universität nur 15 Minuten.
Ein weiterer Vorteil ist das der Bahnhof nur circa 200m von der Wohnung entfernt ist unddie Bahn regelmäßig mehrmals die Stunde fährt.
Weiterhin fahren mehrmals täglich auch Busse von Rothenstein nach Jena Zentrum.
So also optimale Verkehrsbedingungen.
Die Wohnung ist sofort bezugsfrei
