Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine Appartement Wohnung in der Lutherstrasse, da ich aus beruflichen Gründen aus Jena wegziehen werde.
Ich denke mal, die Wohnung eignet sich ganz gut , wenn man neu in der Stadt ist .
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Haus mit 24 Mietern, trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig hier .
Kabeldeutschland bietet hier ne 100k Leitung an .. also echt schnelles I-Net.
Zu Fuß erreicht man in 5 min. Apotheke, Ärzte , Bäcker, Tankstelle, Norma. Haltestelle Linie 14 in 1 min.
Parken vor dem Haus ist auch kein Problem ... Freitag frühs kommt nur die Straßenreinigung .
Also einfach anrufen für nen Termin.
Am Besten zu erreichen bin ich Vormittags!
Ansonsten einfach immer mal probieren. ich rufe auch zurück .
Ich würde gern einige einrichtungsgegenstände mit übergeben (Kühlschrank,Waschmaschine, Hochbett, Couch (Ottomane))
...aber auch nur bei Bedarf.
