Ich bin 24 Jahre, Nichtraucher und Sportler und suche ab sofort eine kleine Wohnung bzw. Apartment mit ca. 25-40 qm. Eine Gesamtmiete von 350 Euro mtl. kann ich bequem bezahlen. Es sollte möglichst ein Stellplatz für mein Auto vorhanden sein. Ich freue mich schon auf mein Wirtschaftswissenschaftsstudium und Ihr/dein Wohnungsangebot.
