Hallo everyone,
I am Laika. I am moving to Jena for a postdoc position and looking for a flat (studio or 1-2 room flat) that would be available from December2022/January 2023. Ideally, it is closed to Jena West bahnhof, Jane Paradise Bahnhof or city centre. Maximal warm rent would be 700 € per month. The rental period is preferably for long term, e.g. at least 1-2 years.

I am quiet and very neat. I have no pet and I neither smoke nor party. I can provide schufa (request now) (jetzt beantragen) or financial proof upon request. Please PM me if you are interested.

ich bin Laika. Ich ziehe für eine Postdoc-Stelle nach Jena und suche eine Wohnung (Studio oder 1-2 Zimmer-Wohnung), die ab Dezember2022/Januar 2023 verfügbar wäre. Idealerweise ist sie in der Nähe des Jenaer Westbahnhofs, des Jane-Paradies-Bahnhofs oder des Stadtzentrums. Maximale Warmmiete wäre 700 € pro Monat. Die Mietdauer ist vorzugsweise langfristig, z.B. mindestens 1-2 Jahre.
