Looking for a one-bedroom with separate kitchen and toilet

I am a phd Student in Forschungszentrum Jülich. I have been in Jülich for one year and will stay for three years. I have a fixed income and can pay rent on a monthly basis. I like the quiet and comfortable environment, so I will take care the house and keep quiet. I am busy at work, I usually stay in the lab during the day, even including some weekends. I have experience in sharing rent, and I can get along well with roommates and neighbors.

I am Looking for a one bedroom, separate kitchen and toilet is the best. I need to take the bus to Forschungszentrum every day, so I hope it's not too far from the bus stop (within 1,000 meters). I hope the house is clean and has some basic furniture. The kitchen is "EBK". If it is a single apartment, I hope the Cold rent is less than 350 Euros.
