One apartment with bathroom and kitchen, or One shared room wanted

My name is Yunsheng Jia. I am new PhD student of Forschungszentum Juelich. I can speak English and a littte German.
I want to rent an one-bedroom apartment or shared apartment with less than 3 people in Juelich city center for two or three years. The duration also depends on our further discussion.
It would be great that the room already have kitchen, bathroom, frige, washing machine, internet and so on.
Located in the city center of Juelich would be nice.
Close to stops of busline 220, SB20, etc. would be prefered as well.
Total rent fee less than 300 Euro is more preferable, and this can be discussed further.
