Es handelt sich um ein voll möbliertes 1-Zimmer-Appartement in Kaiserslautern auf dem Bännjerrück in der Rostocker Straße. Es liegt im 2. Obergeschoss, und von dem kleinen Südbalkon hat man einen schönen Blick ins Grüne.

This is a fully furnished 1-room flat in Kaiserslautern on Bännjerrück in Rostocker Straße. It is on the 2nd floor, and from the small south-facing balcony you have a nice view into the green.
The floor is laminate, the walls are white (woodchip). The bathroom has blue tiles on the walls and white mosaic tiles on the floor.
First you enter a small hallway with wardrobe, mirror and storage niche. To the left is the bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
