Sehr schöne sanierte Altbauwohnung mit 3 großen bodentiefen Fenstern und vollausgestatteter Küche. Das Bett ist ein fest eingebautes Hochbett 1,40m breit und ermöglicht so eine viel effizientere Platznutzung, sodass auch ein großes Sofa Platz hat. Ein großer Schreibtisch ist auch vorhanden. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Fahrradkeller. Ein Gemeinschaftsgarten im Innenhof kann mitgenutzt werden.
5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, 2 Minuten bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle. Und 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Es kann also fast alles innerhalb von Kaiserslautern fußläufig erreicht werden. Die Straße ist trotzdem ruhig und nicht zu stark befahren. Zum Stadtpark sind es auch nur ein paar Meter, so ist man schnell im Grünen.
Falls der Zeitraum (oder ein kürzerer) interessant ist, melde dich gerne. Da die Wohnung möbliert ist, vermiete ich sie nur unter wenn wirklich alles passt.
