Ich suche von 01.03.2011 bis 30.03.11 einen Zwischenmieter für mein Appartement an der Forellenstraße.
Das Zimmer ist komplet möbliert. Es hat eine Pantryküche, die vom Wohnbereich abgetrennt ist. (Mit Platz für eine zusätzliche Küchenzeile.)
Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller, einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, einen Gemeinschaftsraum und eine Kellerbar. Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden.
Das Wohnheim liegt in direkter Nähe zur FH (Campus Kammgarn).
Kaufland ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Zur Innenstadt sind es auch nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß.
In der gesamt Miete (150 Euro) sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten. (Heizung, Internet, Heißwasser, Strom etc.) Also Keine Nachrechnung !!!
