In unmittelbare Nähe: Supermarkt (Kaufland), Fachhochschule II (in der Verlängerung der Straße), Westbahnhof, Bushaltestelle Kammgarn. Die Fussgängerzone erreicht man in ca. 5 Minuten und kann somit abends gut ohne Auto ausgehen. Meine Nachbarn habe ich als sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kontaktfreudig kennengelernt.
Alles in allem eine schön Lage und gute Nachbarn.
Die Miete beträgt einschließlich Nebenkosten 230 €.
Da es sich um eine subventionierte Studentenwohnung handelt, müsstet ihr jedoch Student sein.
