ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein schönes Zimmer in der Alex-Müller-Straße nahe der FH, da mein Studium hier bald beendet ist. Das Zimmer ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, dadurch schön hell und in einem Haus mit Studentenwohnheim-Charakter. Geräumiges Bad und kleine Kochnische sind vorhanden. Küchenschrank, Arbeitsplatte und Bett (120cm breit, inkl gutem Lattenrost und Matratze) können gerne zu einem günstigen Preis übernommen werden.
Ebenso kann mein Vertrag bei Kabel Deutschland für Internet und Festnetz-Flat übernommen werden.
Direket vor dem Haus fährt die Buslinie 102 zum Hauptbahnhof und in die Innenstadt.
