Ich suche einen Nachmieter für diese schöne und gemütliche Wohnung zu mieten. Die Wohnung ist in perfektem Zustand mit kleinen Pantry-Küche und ein eigenes kleines Bad mit Dusche. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist auch mit zwei Kochplatten und ein Waschbecken zur Verfügung. Es befindet sich auf der 3.0 Etage. Es hat drei großes Fenster, das den ganzen Raum hell macht und bietet auch einen schönen Blick. Die Wohnung ist zentral beheizt. Es verfügt über Laminatboden , die leichter zu reinigen ist.
Auch gut für Studenten in TUKL/FHS studieren. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfreich bei allen bisher konfrontiert Fragen. Die Grundmiete beträgt 220 Euro und Nebenkosten Kosten beträgt 60 Euro. Das Gebäude hat auch eine Waschmaschine und Fahradstellplatz und Keller.
Die Wohnung is unmobiliert.

I am looking for a tenant to rent this nice and cozy apartment. The apartment is in perfect condition with small pantry kitchen and a private small bathroom with shower. A small fridge in the room is also available with two hotplates and a sink. It is located on the 3.0 floor. It has three large windows that makes the whole room bright and also offers a nice view. The apartment is centrally heated. It has laminate flooring that is easier to clean.
Also good for students studying in TUKL / FHS. The landlady is very helpful with all the questions so far. The basic rent is 220 euros and ancillary costs is 60 euros. The building also has a washing machine and bicycle parking and cellar.
The apartment is available without the furniture.
Die Wohnung ist 5 Gehminuten vom Rathaus entfernt. Dort kann Man alle Busse finden. Die Wohnung ist auch in der Nähe von Hard Rock Café und verschiedene Cafes und Fast-Food-Haltestellen sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Busfrequenz = nach jeweils 10 Minuten. REWE, PENNY, TEDI und K-Lautern Mall sind alle 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es dauert ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Bus zur TU Kaiserslautern.

The apartment is 5 minute walk from Rathaus (City Hall). There one can find all the buses leaving after every 10 minutes. The apartment is also close to hard rock cafe and different cafes and fast food stops are in walking distance. Bus frequency = after every 10 minutes. REWE, PENNY, TEDI, and K-Lautern Mall all are 5-10 minutes walking distance. It takes around 20 minutes by bus to reach TU Kaiserslautern.
Es gibt eine Möglichkeit für den Parkplatz unter dem Gebäude. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine und Platz zum Trocknen. Im Keller gibt es auch Keller. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Abstellraum für Fahrradabstellplätze. Gleich neben dem Gebäude befindet sich einen Praxis des Allgemeinarztes (Hausarzt). Bitte einfach rufen Sie an. There is a possibility for car parking under the building. In basement, there is a washing machine and place to dry clothes. There is also cellar available in the basement. On the ground floor there is a storage room for bicycle parking. Just beside the building is a clinic of general physician. You can either call me or send me an email.
