Sie ist super für Studenten geeignet und ein wahrer Glücksgriff, da besser Wohnt als in den Subventionierten Appartements an der Uni.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bietet diese Wohnung extra für Studenten so billig an.

Sie bekam von mir immer eine Flasche Wein.
Weiterhin übergibt sie die Wohnungen auf professionell gereinigt und bei Mängeln werde diese von ihr ohne weiteres Übernommen.
