This apartment is 25 square meters with a balcony. It has fully furnished stove, refrigerator and toilet. The view is pretty good. Also, the apartment sound insulation is good.
The cold renting fee is 445 euros per month including heating and water bill. But the electric bill is not Included.
The washing machines are on the fifth floor. 2.5 euros for washing, and 2 euros for drying.
The landlord is a very nice person, and allows you to find the next tenant on your own. Or you can give the landlord 3 months' notice to cancel the lease.
The apartment is near the train station. 15 minutes walk to the city center, and 25 minutes walk to the RPTU. There are bus stations and supermarkets nearby.
