Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, kompakt und genau auf das Studentenleben zugeschnitten.
Eine schöne und gemütliche 18m^2 1-Zimmer Wohnung in einem größeren Wohnkomplex mit anderen Studenten oder Auszubildenden.
Sie hat ein komfortables Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Es gibt eine eigene Küche mit Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Kochfeld und Mikrowelle.
Weiterhin stehen für alle Bewohner Waschmaschinen zu Verfügung.
Ein großer Gemeinschaftsraum, sowie ein Fitnessraum sind ebenfalls für alle Mieter vorhanden, jedoch zur Zeit auf Grund von Coronamaßnahmen geschlossen.

I'm looking for a nice and reliable new tenant for my modern appartment which is located close to the University.
The flat is furnished, compact and well adjusted to student life.
It's a nice and comfortable 18 m^2 one-room appartment in a big appartment complex with other students.
It includes a comfortable bathroom with a shower.
Additionaly there is a small kitchen with a fridge, a microwave and a ceramic hob.
For all inhabitants of the building there a washing mashines available.
A big common room as well as a fitnessroom are also available for all tenants, although they are temporarily closed due to covid.

Direkt in Wohnungsnähe befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, über die man in Minuten zur Universität, in die Innenstadt odewr zum Hauptbahnhof kommt.
In ca 10 Minuten kann die Universität jedoch auch alternativ zu Fuß erreicht werden.
Mit dem Netto und dem Wasgau befinden sich ebenfalls zwei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nachbarschaft.
Für Fitness und Erholung sind die Unisport Angebote ebenfalls dank uninähe leicht erreichbar.

Alternatively you can also reach the university by foot withing 10 minutes.
For everyday needs a Netto and a Wasgau (a local supermarket) are in close proximity to the apartment as well.
Since the university is close by there is also easy access to its rich range of sports offers for leasure time.

Da mein Mietvertrag noch bis September läuft und ich in gerne frühestmöglich beenden möchte, würde ich anbieten, für dich deine erste Monatsmiete zu übernehmen. So würdest du eine Monatsmiete sparen :) Du würdest in jedem Fall den Vertrag mit Staytoo direkt abschließen, hättest also kein Risiko dabei.
