Suche einen Nachmieter ab sofort für ein großes Einzelappartment, dass 33qm groß ist. Das Appartment hat eine eigene große Küche im eingangsbereich der Wohnung und ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche.
Es ist Möbiliert (Bett, Schrank, Regal, Schreibtisch, Couchtisch, 2 Stühle und ein Beistelltisch). Zudem kann meine Möbel übernommen werden sofern gewünscht.
Die Lage ist sehr schön es ist nicht weit bis zur Appotheke, zum Schwimmbad, zum Wald, zum Bäcker zum Arzt (Zahn- und Allgmeinmedizin) und einem Laden.
Der weg zur Uni:
Mit dem Auto ca. 5-7 minuten.
Mit dem Bus ca. 15 minuten.
Ein Waschraum ist im Keller. Vor dem Haus ist ein Grillplatz und ein großer Parkplatz (man hat nie Parkplatzprobleme). In der Heimbar hat man die Möglichkeiten zu feiern oder auch an Wohnheimpartys teil zu nehmen. Eben so ist es möglich dort Tv zu schauen, Tischkicker oder auch Pingpong zu spielen. Man hat außerdem ein Sachverleih, wenn ihr also kein Staubsauger habt könnt ihr euch einen kostenfrei ausleihen usw.
