Hallo ich biete hier meine Wohnung in Uninähe zur Nachmiete an. Da ich die Möbel nicht mehr brauche können diese wie auf den Bildern zu sehen übernommen werden. Die meisten Möbel sind erst 1 Jahr alt (bis auf Bett und Couch) Möbel sind: Couch, kleiner Esstisch, 2 Schreibtische, Bett, Kommode, Nachttisch (nicht zu sehen), Regal in der Küche. Für 350€ können sie diese alle übernehmen. Schreiben sie mir bei Interesse und wir können demnächst einen Termin vereinbaren. Theoretisch können sie auch schon ein paar Tage vor Neujahr einziehen.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 30 Meter vor der Tür, der nächste Lidl ist zu Fuß in 5-10 min zu erreichen, genauso wie die Uni. Die Busse in die Stadt, zur Uni und zum Hauptbahnhof fahren regelmäßig vor der Tür ab, sodass man theoretisch kein Auto braucht. Hat man doch eins, kann man kostenlos an der Straße unten parken.
