Welcome to beautiful Karben, a wonderful town that has perfect access via public transport to Frankfurt!
We are a family of three, namely my wife Nicole, our 3 year old girl Ida and me, Chris and we would like to offer you your own cozy safe space while you're staying in Frankfurt or the region in general. Before we settled here with our little baby girl, we've travelled the world a lot and we love to meet new people in general. Since we're not that mobile anymore (work, child, family) we're happy to welcome the world in our house (though we do not expect anything of you, because we perfectly know that everyone is different and has got different needs)
In our house, you'll find a seperate full furnished appartment in which you'll find your own big room (about 20m2), an own bathroom (about 6m2) as well as your own kitchen (about 10m2). Adding the hallway, this will make up almost about 50m2 in total. We've tried to make it nice, cozy and comfortable for you, so that you can easily calm down and study or work in piece.(if you happen to have ideas to improve it, it's always welcome too😉)
But if you want to access university, get to work or simply party and dive into Frankfurt's night life, you've got a quick route via line S6 to Frankfurt from station "Okarben" that lies in 2 walking minutes away from our front door.
This is what you get for 600€/month:

-Tv( you can login to your Netflix or other streaming accounts)

- a helping hand at any time if necessary (please not while we're sleeping ourselves...haha)

- information about the area, Frankfurt and anything that helps you to settle here for the time of your stay.( bureaucracy can be crazy in Germany, but if needed, well try our best here too)
One last, but imporrant thing we do need to mention though. Your appartment is actually a two room appartment but one room is our office as (due to covid) my wife does work from home and because of me being a teacher. So we'd need to walk 2m through your hallway to acces our office, but that's it.
We'd also be happy to get to know you a bit in advance as well as showing you a bit around via a video call. We believe that is good for you as well, since during those calls, usually questions come up on both sides while getting a first impression of your new home and renters.
It's very important for us that you feel happy, safe and welcome here at the outskirts of Frankfurt. We'd be happy to hear.from you!

Like we said in the main.text about the apartment, quick and easy access to Frankfurt via train line S6 from station Okarben.
1)Okarben to Frankfurt Main Station: 30 min direct connection
2) Okarben to Goethe University, Campus Westend:30 min (one change)
3) Okarben to Hauptwache(city center) 34 min direct connection
4) Okarben to Frankfurt Westbahnhof ( station west): 22min direct connection
Okarben itself is rather rural with lots of nature, but grocery shopping stores and a very good pizza place.
Karben( one station by sbahn or 2, 5km by bike) has got everything one needs, cinema and swimming pool included as well as restaurants, many shopping possibilities, etc)
We hope we've mentioned everything in the texts before, though one last thing maybe:
If you get stuck anywhere in Frankfurt or the area and if we've got the time at hand, we are always open to collect you, if it's possible for us.
If your arring at Frankfurt airport, we're also happy to pick you up, if we've got the time to do so. If not, we tell you and help you to find your way.
