In meiner Wohnung bin ich seit Oktober 2018. Sie ist sehr sauber und das wird auch vom Untermieter erwartet.
Alle benötigten Möbel sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung wird wie auf den Fotos aussehen.
Ich bin in dem gegebenen Zeitraum nicht in der Wohnung und würde sie für Ein Jahr untermieten. Da das ein Studentenwohnheim ist, ist es sehr ruhig. Man trifft die Nachbarn fast nie.
Haltestellen in der Nähe sind Kußmaulstraße und Knillinger Allee.
Die Umgebung ist ruhig, sodass man sich gut erholen kann. Die Wohnung ist aber etwa 10min von der Innenstadt (Europaplatz) und nur 5min von der Dualen Hochschule entfernt. Alles ist sehr gut mit der Bahn sowie mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Man braucht etwa 2-3min von Zuhause bis Kußmaulstraße (Bahn-Haltestelle) und auch 2-3min zu Knillinger Allee.
Erwartungen:
1. Wohnung sauber halten
2. Möbel nicht kaputt machen
Wohnung wird für höchstens drei Monate zur Verfügung gestellt. Am 01.09.19 ziehe ich wieder in die Wohnung ein.
